• No e-mail come after the purchase ?

You will receive the license automated on the paypal email you used to make the purchase (check also SPAM).

The whole transaction time is conducted at ~15 min, but sometimes depends on your provider the mail can be delayed. You can insist on mail if you didn't received any mail from us/vertex after 12 hours!

We can REFUND (or correct your mistakes) with no questions asked in maximum 48 hours. (do not dispute)
